Truly independent web browser using the LibWeb engine

Ladybird is a truly independent web browser built on the LibWeb and LibJS engines from the SerenityOS project. Upstream has no releases yet and only supports building through vcpkg; this snapshot ebuild builds a pinned master commit entirely against system libraries, with no network access during the build. WebGL runs on Mesa via a small ANGLE compatibility shim (files/angle-shim.c).
