Daemon driving Supermicro IPMI fan zones from CPU and disk temperatures

ipmifand is a small C daemon that drives Supermicro IPMI fan zones from CPU temperature (via ipmitool sensor) and disk temperature (via smartctl). It supports two independent fan zones with separate update intervals, PWM bounds, and linear-interpolated temperature-to-PWM curves defined in INI configuration. On graceful exit it restores BIOS automatic fan control so the hardware does not sit at the last manual PWM after the daemon stops.
