Compatibility with LSB (Linux Standard Base) for binary programs

This ebuild will ensure LSB 3 compatibility for binary software requiring the dynamic loader/linker to be available as /lib/ld-lsb.so.3 by providing a symlink from glibc. E.g. refer to https://bugs.gentoo.org/348911
