Linux kernel built on the gentoo-sources base (vanilla kernel + Gentoo genpatches for linux-stable tracking) with a curated subset of natalenko's pf-kernel patchset applied on top: BBRv3, x86 ISA levels, v4l2loopback, AMD-pstate enhancements, and related features.
