OpenPGP keys used to sign gentoo-zh binary packages

The OpenPGP public key that signs the binary packages published at mirrors.gentoozh.org. Installing it delivers the key over the overlay sync that is already trusted, rather than a separate download, and turns key rotation into an ordinary version bump. Portage does not read /usr/share/openpgp-keys on its own. Import the key into /etc/portage/gnupg to have binary packages verified against it; the steps are printed after installation.
