BIDS data files released with the OPFVTA publication
BIDS-formatted MRI data recorded at the ETH/UZH Animal Imaging Center and first associated with the ZTAU study. The archive contains longitudinal f/MRI mouse brain scans using both T2 and T2* (BOLD) contrasts. Functional data is acquired during anesthetized resting state.
