Sync Bluetooth pairing keys between Windows and Linux

bt-keys-sync syncs Bluetooth pairing keys between Windows and Linux dual-boot systems, so that paired devices keep working on both operating systems without having to re-pair after each boot. Reads/writes the Windows SYSTEM registry hive and the BlueZ info files under /var/lib/bluetooth.
