MPEG-5 Part 2 Low Complexity Enhancement Video Coding (LCEVC) decoder SDK by V-Nova. LCEVC is a video enhancement layer applied on top of a base codec (AVC, HEVC, VP9, AV1, EVC, VVC) that allows higher quality at lower bitrates and reduced decoder complexity. Provides the runtime libraries and headers needed by media players and frameworks (such as FFmpeg and GStreamer plugins) to decode LCEVC-enhanced streams.
