Mdformat plugin for GitHub Flavored Markdown compatibility

An mdformat plugin that adds GitHub Flavored Markdown support, covering tables, task list items, strikethroughs and autolinks. It registers two plugins, gfm for the full GFM syntax and tables for table rendering alone, and supersedes the mdformat-tables plugin.
