Reormat text as alternating lower and upper case letters

The sarcasm formatter provides Bash support for formatting text sArCaStIcAlLy, i.e. spongecase, i.e. with alternating lower and upper-case, with some improvements for legibility. It also provides automatic clipboard integration.
