High-performance vector database and vector similarity search engine

Qdrant is a vector database and vector similarity search engine written in Rust, exposing REST and gRPC APIs. It stores embeddings with payloads and serves approximate nearest-neighbour queries, making it the vector store for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) alongside this overlay's local-LLM stack. This ebuild builds the server from source and installs an OpenRC service, a systemd unit, /etc/qdrant/config.yaml and a qdrant-owned /var/lib/qdrant data directory; client SDKs are not packaged.
